Responsibilities
The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following Services:
•Business Requirements Gathering and Documentation:
oParticipate in a Scrum team to gather and convert business requirements into specifications and user stories.
oAssist with testing efforts and maintain documentation, including processes, procedures, and training materials.
•Requirements Analysis and Agile Practices:
oObtain, document, and oversee high-level needs and requirements for large-scale IT-enabled projects using Agile methodologies.
oFacilitate refinement sessions to ensure development teams understand requirements.
•Testing and Validation:
oWrite, plan, and execute test scenarios.
oCoordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
oWork with the team to analyze, identify, and validate solutions to complex business problems.
•Process Improvement:
oIdentify opportunities to enhance banking and payment business processes and capabilities.
•Collaboration and Expertise Sharing:
oParticipate in the Business Analysis Community of Practice to share experiences and ideas.
oContribute to projects and testing activities by providing subject-matter expertise.
•Additional Responsibilities:
oPerform other related activities and deliverables as required.
Qualifications
The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:
•University degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce, computer science, or a related field.
•Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in business requirements development and business systems analysis, considering people, processes, systems design, and technology.
•At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst working with Agile methodologies, showcasing an Agile mindset (psychological safety, equal voice, visibility, transparency, purpose, and belonging).
•Proven experience facilitating meetings and workshops.
•Strong ability to adapt to change, collaborate with diverse partners, and manage multiple complex tasks.
Additional Qualifications
The following will also be considered:
•Knowledge of high-availability banking and payment systems.
•Professional designations such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certification in Business Analysis (CCBA).
