Responsibilities
- Spot inefficiencies and streamline existing admin processes
- Design and roll out new workflows that align with business goals
- Oversee task flow to keep admin operations running smoothly
- Document procedures and train teams for consistency
- Monitor KPIs to track performance and highlight improvement areas
- Partner with teams across the org to ensure processes meet their needs
- Continuously drive process improvements to boost efficiency
Qualifications
• 10+ years in the industry or 5+ years leading operations
• Degree in business or similar is a plus
• Solid grasp of corporate customer base and needs
• Strong ops knowledge and awareness of industry standards
• Experienced in people management and customer service practices
• Skilled in streamlining operations for productivity and efficiency
• Bilingualism is an asset, not essential
• Data-driven mindset with a knack for spotting improvements
• Problem-solver with a focus on process optimization
• Clear communicator across all organizational levels
• Capable of juggling multiple projects and priorities
• Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma, BPM or similar frameworks
• Confident using operational tools and tech
• Proven team leader who inspires results
