In this exciting role, you'll work closely with the various departments to facilitate and ensure data integrity and process accuracy within the firm's internal systems. This role involves processing job requests, maintaining firm data, and supporting colleagues with best practices. It requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a client-service mindset.
This is a solid 6 months contract and you will be working with one of the finest firms in North America

Responsibilities
• Monitor incoming job requests and job changes and action appropriately
• Support the day to day monitoring and maintenance of firm data
• Work independently and within a team environment to ensure daily service metrics are achieved
• Generate system reports as required
Qualifications
• Completed post-secondary education (university degree and/or college diploma) an asset
• Experience in supporting business applications an asset
• Experience with time and billing or CRM applications will be considered an asset
• Intermediate level computer skills – Excel, Word and Outlook
• Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize, and consistently produce high-quality work while meeting deadlines in a demanding environment
• Client-service focus with excellent problem-solving skills and sound professional judgment
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves whenever the need arises
