Our client, a leading Oil and Gas firm is looking for a Business Information Analyst for a 12 month contract in Chatham.

Responsibilities
As a Business Information Analyst, you will be responsible for:
•Enhancing customer experience by providing timely, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service functions.
•Validating and executing customer data and access requests in accordance with standard methodologies, policies, and controls.
•Performing functional and data validations to maintain customer-facing application integrity, quality, and reliability.
•Acting as a liaison with internal clients on behalf of customers
•Assisting in the development of business support solutions and providing technical guidance.
Qualifications
Must Have Qualifications:
• Post-secondary education in business OR a combination of related post-secondary education and work experience.
• 2 years + of relevant work experience (new post-secondary grads welcome with relevant experience).
• Proven attention to detail with strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated dedication to customer service excellence with the ability to provide process guidance and technical support through phone and email interactions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform multiple work assignments in a deadline driven environment with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as in a self-directed manner.
• Ability to quickly learn information technology systems.
