Responsibilities
-Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients to drive consistent business growth.
-Conduct targeted telemarketing campaigns to identify and engage potential leads, setting up key sales appointments.
-Manage inside sales activities—presenting products, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
-Provide outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client questions and resolving issues.
-Partner with our technical sales team to ensure cohesive, informed product discussions with clients.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to strategically position our offerings.
Qualifications
-A proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within technology.
-Knowledge of telemarketing strategies and lead generation tactics is a big plus.
-Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive deals through to completion.
-Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, along with confidence in presentations.
-A background in customer service or technical sales is beneficial but not required.
