In this role, you will be involved in the daily management of sales activities for both new and existing clients. You will play a key role in leading the development of value propositions, and aligning technical solutions with customer needs. Building and nurturing positive relationships with both customers and suppliers will be essential to your success in this position.

Responsibilities
-Generate new project leads, prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and develop new sales
-Manage sales and marketing activities, including trade shows, customer visits, and promoting the company’s vision and mission.
-Support tool design, manufacturing, and molding activities to meet customer requirements, and lead technical review meetings to ensure alignment with customer specifications and expectations.
-Initiate, develop, and review technical data for all sales projects, and coordinate timelines with suppliers in North America to meet deadlines.
-Provide regular project updates to customers, address ongoing project issues, and process orders for new products.
-Participate in technical group meetings, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and coordinate technical requirements with manufacturing as needed.
Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes related to plastics.
Expertise in injection molding processes, robotic systems, and automation technologies.
Strong understanding of tooling concepts and techniques for tool component manufacturing.
Solid grasp of plant infrastructure and operations.
Proficient with machine shop equipment and related technologies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts using industry-specific terminology.
Exceptional language skills, both written and verbal.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
Working knowledge of 2D/3D customer-provided part designs.
Degree in Engineering or Plastics Processing, or equivalent education.
Minimum of 10 years of technical sales experience in the injection molding industry, with prior experience in tooling, process engineering, or industrial engineering considered an asset.
Strong familiarity with GMP, clean room standards, and ISO procedures.
Self-motivated with a results-driven work ethic.
