Salary range for Business Development Manager: $100,000 - $120,000 annually

Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management/Business Development
Increase revenue from new accounts and secure new regional business.
Develop strategic sales plans and collaborate with distribution partners.
Maintain a robust pipeline via Cascades CRM and ensure customer satisfaction.
Account Planning and Management
Develop and manage regional account plans.
Build long-term relationships with key accounts and partners.
Identify growth opportunities through regular business reviews.
Contract and Pricing Management
Support customer pricing and contract negotiations.
Validate quotes and prices based on margin ranges.
Sales and Market Strategy
Pursue new business opportunities in the Northeast region.
Implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research and prepare presentations.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
Network and promote the brand at industry events.
Reporting
Provide regular reports on sales activities and market conditions.
Use and update the CRM

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & STRENGTHS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Basic knowledge of supply chain principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Demonstrate products and solutions; actively participate in knowledge transfer.
Superior market and customer knowledge.
Strong understanding of the Northeast region market.
