Responsibilities
• Coordinate between technical and business teams to ensure smooth execution of Day-N and mock cutover plans.
• Identify and document dependencies and alignment actions for technology and business cutover plans.
• Produce regular status reports for the Business Cutover Plan (P450B).
• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential cutover challenges.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across all stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, business transformation, or IT change management roles.
• Proven experience in complex cutover activities, including Post Merge Integration (PMI) and large system integration.
• Strong project management skills with expertise in MS Project and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Desired Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and enterprise IT systems.
• Experience managing contractors in high-stakes cutover activities.
• Ability to anticipate issues and develop effective contingency plans.
