Working Hours: Hybrid (Tuesdays + 2nd Friday of the month. There will be additional days required in office if there are events running on non-core days)

Responsibilities
o Support the VPs within Technology Operations
o Create, maintain and execute on VP communication strategy & tactics
o Support VP in communicating their strategy, goals and priorities to the larger team.
o Plan & coordinate VP townhalls & employee events.
o Recommend & implement process improvements across VPs groups
o Ensure VP purpose & branding is defined, represented and communicated on all CIBC media platforms
o Opportunity to learn more about the different areas within Technology Operations and also to interact with different levels of management across TO
Qualifications
Must Have Requirement:
• 3+ Years experience as a Business Consultant or in Communications
• Executive assistant background
• Experience managing an event budget
Nice to Have:
• Previous banking experience
• Other FI experience
• Requirement gathering with VPs
Soft Skills:
• Detail-oriented with planning events.
• The ability to manage multiple asks
• Being able to work with a team & work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to craft communications referencing source material
