Responsibilities
The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following Services:
•Interact with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify goals, best practices, and other active methods for gathering and analyzing their data to identify process performance areas
•Identify and establish the scope and parameters of requirements analysis to define impact, outcome criteria, and metrics
•Prepare storytelling narratives in activities such as developing a business case, building requirements, writing user stories and use cases.
•Assist with the implementation of revised company processes and workflows.
•Assist in the design and/or update of workflow and process strategies to improve business performance and monitor the efficacy of the new and updated workflows
•Assist with creating and presenting process reports for client approval, while overseeing the implementation of revised processes and workflows
•Assist with the development of test plans and scripts
•Other related activities and deliverables, as required
Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Skills:
•University degree or college diploma in business administration or a related field
•Demonstrated analytical experience with Microsoft’s suite of tools including o Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
•Proficient in the use of Atlassian Jira
•Proficient in the use of ServiceNow ITSM modules and reporting
•Agile and innovative individual, who can thrive in an environment of change and ambiguity
•Demonstrated client-facing expertise and proven analytical background
•Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, self-prioritizing, switching between multiple tasks as required, to deliver high-priority items quickly
•Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of an organization, along with the ability to write user guides, manuals, and technical knowledge articles
Additional Qualifications:
•Demonstrated ability to organize effectively
•International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation
•Demonstrated experience with Value Stream mapping
•Demonstrated knowledge of Design Thinking processes
