Responsibilities
Represents process requirements, and provides designs for specific processes.
Supports GAP Analysis and executes unit testing.
Provides support to security, data conversion, batch and system response time testing.
Provides initial post implementation support and participates in solution scoping, planning, knowledge transfer sessions and workshops.
Participates in Solution design.
Provides integration requirements, Master Data Inputs, and input to the batch job schedule.
Reviews data conversion approach and validates business process design deliverables.
Determines UAT test scripts and provides input and support for technical architecture deliverables.
Participates in Solution testing and acquires solution knowledge.
Reviews data definitions and works with user communities to understand data requirements.
Solicits input from locations/ sites and ensures that business requirements are met by the SAP System.
Reviews and provides feedback to change management team.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Commerce or equivalent
5+ years experience as a business analyst
3+ years documenting/conducting process reengineering
2+ years writing use cases
High level communication, consulting, and client relationship skills
Ability to communicate technical and business concepts and negotiate change
Ability to identify and frame problems, lead information collection, and integrate information to make decisions
Preferred:
Accreditation from Business Analyst professional association
Knowledge of BABOK
Experience working on SAP Projects
Public Sector experience
