The successful candidate will work within a dynamic Agile development environment, engaging with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to gather requirements, lead business process improvements, and support the delivery of high-value upgrades and enhancements.

Responsibilities
Facilitate working groups, sprint planning sessions, and conduct client interviews to gather business and technical requirements.
Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements using user stories, use cases, and mockups.
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
Organize and lead Scrum events including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA analysts to ensure business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions.
Assess the technical feasibility of system requirements in consultation with subject matter experts.
Identify, analyze, and document new business processes and propose improvements to existing ones.
Support solution validation activities such as system walkthroughs and design reviews with clients and developers.
Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the development of test cases, documenting acceptance criteria, and tracking testing issues.
Provide recommendations on risk and issue management to the Technical Authority.
Assist in the preparation of dashboards, project status reports, and executive presentations.
Ensure developed solutions meet documented business requirements.
Qualifications
Fluently Bilingual (ENG/FRE, FRE/ENG).
Valid Secret level security clearance.
Demonstrated experience as a senior Business Analyst in Agile development environments, preferably within the federal government or in regulated sectors.
Willing and able to apply and obtain a Controlled Goods Clearance (CGP).
Experience as a Business Analyst specific to IM/IT solution projects.
Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, backlog management, and agile documentation tools such as TFS (Team Foundation Server) or Azure DevOps.
Business Analyst related certifications are seen as an asset.
Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements using Business Requirements Documents, use cases and systems requirements documents, etc.
Familiar with walkthrough sessions with clients and developers to document functional changes.
Well versed with requirements management tools (e.g. Blueprint).
Ability to write user acceptance criteria's.
