One of our Federal Government clients in the NCR is upgrading its Web Content Management System (WCMS) and a critical integrated system to adopt the latest technology and strengthen security measures. We are looking for an experienced and certified Senior Business Analyst to lead the requirements gathering and analysis for this critical initiative. This is an opportunity to shape the digital infrastructure of a major government department, ensuring effective content management and secure, reliable systems.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate sessions with client teams to gather, define, and consolidate website requirements and service delivery workflows.
- Develop comprehensive requirements documentation for the Web Content Management System (WCMS) and other essential applications.
- Assess the current web environment, including website design, roles, responsibilities, procedures, workflows, data types, and file formats.
- Create training materials to support the implementation of the desired framework and the transition to a new vendor platform.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by assisting with testing activities and documenting outcomes.
- Analyze requirements with client internal templates to identify gaps and provide solution options.
- Schedule, organize, and participate in meetings as required.
- Provide knowledge transfer to internal employees and clients.
- Product backlog management in DevOps.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on site or application review.
- Suggestions to enhance information architecture for improved user experiences including usability guidance and best practices.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in a senior-level Business Analyst role.
- Active Secret level security clearance.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Information Technology, Information Management, or a related field.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certifications.
- Proficient in Agile development methodologies.
- Skilled at collaborating with stakeholders to develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Experienced in using Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) or DevOps for managing software defects and requirements.
- Proven ability to write requirements for components within OpenText TeamSite (formerly known as Interwoven).
- Skilled in defining requirements for multilingual Web Content Management Systems (WCMS).
- Experienced in developing and delivering training materials and conducting training sessions.
- Proficient in performing a gap analysis and options analysis.
