Responsibilities
Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and produce supporting materials (presentations, agendas, minutes)
Document current and future workflows, business processes, SOPs, and training content
Gather and validate business requirements, write user stories, gap analyses, and functional designs
Support the development of a high-level solution architecture and governance structure
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to align business needs with system capabilities
Assist in training delivery and create end-user reference materials and tools
Qualifications
Mandatory Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years experience in a senior business analyst role including requirements elicitation and workshop facilitation
4+ years experience gathering clinical and non-clinical requirements in the Canadian digital health space
10+ yers experience in Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT)
2+ years experience working on projects delivering solutions on the Salesforce platform
Must be available immediately to work onsite in Fredericton, NB
Maximum of 2 vendor submissions per opportunity
