This is a hybrid role in Downtown Toronto - 6-month contract with possibility for extension or conversion to permanent position.

Responsibilities
-Execute timely and accurate validation, settlement, and reconciliation of equity structured notes.
-Provide analytical support for business-as-usual (BAU) activities and small-scale projects.
-Identify key operational and process issues and offer effective solutions.
-Assist in the execution of policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
-Monitor service delivery, ensuring alignment with SLAs and regulatory requirements.
-Contribute to audit reviews, testing, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
-Collaborate across departments to support broader initiatives and service excellence.
-Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal policies.
-Exercise sound judgment in handling confidential information and sensitive data.
Qualifications
Must Have:
-Post-secondary education (college diploma or undergraduate degree).
-Minimum 3 years of experience in Capital Markets.
-Hands-on experience with structured notes and OTC derivatives.
-Proficient in MS Office applications.
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Nice to Have:
-Experience with equity derivatives.
-Additional certifications or relevant continuing education are considered an asset.
