Responsibilities
-Lead the automation of current processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
-Manage trade reconciliation and account balancing for settlements.
-Provide subject matter expertise on futures products, derivatives, and settlements.
-Work closely with Sales & Trading teams, risk management, and other internal stakeholders.
-Utilize Excel, VBA, Python, and Power BI to implement data-driven process improvements.
-Ensure compliance with risk processes and methodologies.
-Maintain strong relationship management and client interaction skills.
Qualifications
-University or college degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
-4-6 years of experience in capital markets, particularly in the futures trading space.
-Strong knowledge of futures products, settlements, and derivatives.
-Experience with custody clearing, brokerage activities, and the futures trade lifecycle.
-Proficiency in Excel, VBA, Python, Power BI & Query.
-Understanding of risk processes and methodologies.
-Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
-Nice to Have: Working knowledge of XTP and completion of a Futures or Derivatives fundamentals licensing course.
