Responsibilities
-Analyze and manage business requirements for low to moderate complexity initiatives
-Support capital markets operations, including trade settlements, OTC derivatives, and cash management
-Perform corporate actions, reconciliations, and trade compression activities
-Act as a key liaison with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables
-Provide input on process improvement opportunities and assist with change management
-Collaborate with project teams to document current and future state workflows
-Utilize tools such as JIRA, Tableau, Power BI, and SWIFT for data analysis and reporting
-Ensure the accuracy and quality of business documentation to support compliance and performance standards
-Assist with implementation and post-implementation activities as per the project plan
-Monitor and report progress on assigned work packages and escalate issues as needed
Qualifications
Must Have:
-Minimum 3 years of experience in Capital Markets or a similar financial services environment
-Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
-Proven experience with process improvement initiatives
-Background in OTC derivatives, trade settlements, and cash management
-Project-related experience (participation or leadership)
Nice to Have:
-Familiarity with macros in Excel
-Working knowledge of JIRA, Tableau, Power BI, and SWIFT
-Experience with corporate actions and broker-dealer account management
-Exposure to fixed income and equity settlements
