Responsibilities
• Develops defined requirement specifications and workflows for the development of information systems.
• Develops feasibility studies, business cases and other analytical studies including cost estimates.
• Provides advice on the strategic and tactical application of information technology.
• Define requirements for application implementation/software development.
• Works with technical resources to identify and resolve functional deficiencies.
• Works directly with system end users to ensure expectations management.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications
• Minimum three (5) years of professional experience in information technology.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Understanding of the approaches to systems development, integration, and implementation.
• Must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills with ability to build effective working relationships.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Desired Qualifications:
• Ability to manage small to medium sized working groups, including preparing and maintaining appropriate documentation, plans and schedules, and leading resources in all phases of the project planning cycle.
• Familiar with data definition & documenting data integration flows
• Comfortable with Agile story definition & scrum master role
• Experience with basic database query tools
• Flexibility to take on a combination of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance (testing) assignments is beneficial
