Responsibilities
• The business analyst will be responsible for the scope of work as described below:
• Creation of service and product descriptions. Including templates, questionnaires, and RACI.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and operational teams to identify missing and/or required processes and procedures documentation.
• Participating in Request for Process (RFP) and Requesting for Information (RFI) activities. Including the documentation of requirements and evaluation of proposals and responses.
• Creation of Roadmap and Lifecycle materials in support IS Infrastructure Services
• Developing communication materials in support of technology implementation and transformation projects.
• Defining service levels, service targets, price, and cost in collaboration with managers, business stakeholders and architects.
• Developing Knowledge Base and support materials.
Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifications
• Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in information technology
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Minimum (5) years of experience working for an IT service provider organization.
• 3 years’ experience developing of IT Products and services. Demonstrated ability in applying ITIL best practices.
• Must demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills with ability to build effective working relationships
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliverables at the same time
• Ability to pick up projects mid-stream, be a self-started requiring minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills and a disciplined approach to Improvement.
• Have a high degree of initiative, thought leadership, and the ability to work in a collaborative manner.
• Experience in managing, presenting, and conducting customer and internal operational group meetings at all levels of management
• Experience working with customers and ensuring that providing good customer service is a priority
• High tolerance for changing priorities.
• University degree or equivalent
