Responsibilities
• Gather and document business and technical requirements
• Analyze business processes and develop workflow documentation
• Create test plans and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to implement solutions
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making and project execution
• Develop detailed specifications for development teams
• Assist in project planning, reporting, and estimation
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience as a Business/Systems Analyst mandatory
• Previous experience in large scale enterprise customer intake system, AI & robotic process automation
• Proven expertise in data analysis and software development methodologies
• Strong understanding of software package implementation and system development
• Experience in business impact analysis, risk assessment, and value analysis
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
