Responsibilities
•Updates documented current business processes for Human Resources
•Provides input and reviews relevant design documents, including solution design
•Develop User Acceptance Test (UAT) artifacts such as; test scripts, test cases, test conditions, and expected results
•Assist the Module Lead in facilitating stakeholder meetings,
•Provide recommendations on risk identification and risk mitigation strategies
•Participates in data conversions and performs data validations for MC4 and Cutover, writes SQLs and other tools to help with the validation
process
•Participates and actively executes tests during SIT3. Leads testing sessions in UAT to support business area testers.
•Manage changing priorities to complete project delivery within defined constraints (time, scope, budget, etc.)
•Develops appropriate documentation, to program standards and creates appropriate program artifacts
•Delivers to agreed upon project plan, provides status updates, proactively identifies Risks & Issues to the Module Lead
Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
-10+ years exp
- Provides input and reviews relevant design documents, including solution design
- Develop User Acceptance Test (UAT) artifacts such as; test scripts test cases, test conditions, and expected results
- Participates in data conversions and performs data validations for MC4 and Cutover, writes SQLs and other tools to help with the
validation process
- Participates and actively executes tests during SIT3. Leads testing sessions in UAT to support business area testers.
- Manage changing priorities to complete project delivery within defined constraints (time, scope, budget, etc.)
- Develops appropriate documentation, to program standards and creates appropriate program artifacts

- Demonstrated business systems analysis experience for Cloud ERP solutions; SAP Cloud experience is preferred
- Experience with Data Validation and Cutover activities Write SQL queries
