Digital Health will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
Qualifications
Mandatory Certifications:
PROSCI Change Management
Six Sigma Process Improvement Specialist
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
Skills and Experience:
10+ years business analysis, including developing service delivery models and presenting findings to stakeholders.
5+ years facilitating organizational capability redesign to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
5+ years leading teams of analysts and consultants, planning, and coordinating analysis activities, and developing project plans.
1+ year participating in provincial or state-level healthcare service transformation, with a focus on home and community care.
5+ years supporting organizational change management activities, including readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and change management plan development.
5+ years performing analysis and implementing change in a healthcare environment, including service delivery analysis and stakeholder facilitation.
6+ years supporting/implementing Allscripts/Altera EPR modules, including analysis, configuration, and testing.
