Responsibilities
• Anticipate and meet evolving customer needs, providing legendary customer service.
• Lead diverse stakeholders, communicating effectively across various audiences.
• Analyze impacts to customers, stakeholders, employees, processes, and technology solutions.
• Clarify work packages, understanding constraints (time, cost, resources) and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Provide recommendations based on end-to-end customer experience.
• Lead and own project deliverables related to business requirements.
• Assess and manage customer and employee experience/stakeholder impacts.
• Engage stakeholders to identify and manage project outcomes.
• Communicate with stakeholders (project sponsor, business owner, project manager) regarding significant changes impacting requirements delivery.
• Respond to inquiries, escalate concerns, and lead problem resolution.
• Contribute to the application of change management best practices (stakeholder analysis, gap analysis, change planning).
• Collaborate with the project manager and business sponsor to assign resources for project success.
• Ensure timely notification and escalation of potential issues/problems, assessing options and recommendations for resolution.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Experience gathering business requirements
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders
Nice to Have:
• RPA experience
• Banking experience
