Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the ideal candidate performs maintenance and
minor repairs to buildings and supervises the work of subcontractors. He builds a relationship
trust with customers and ensures compliance with regulations for the company's real estate portfolio.
Position: Building maintenance technician
Schedule: Full-time daytime, flexible schedule, face-to-face and occasional availability for emergency calls
Salary: To be discussed, from $30/hour depending on experience
Workplace: Downtown Montreal

Responsibilities
Here are your next missions as a building maintenance technician:
Carry out preventive and minor maintenance work (plumbing, electricity, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.)
Supervise subcontractors and manage resources
Moving and moving equipment
Regularly inspect common areas and report any problems
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of public spaces
Respond to service calls and perform minor repairs
Manage inventory
Organize and maintain the cleanliness of storage spaces
Diagnose technical problems in buildings.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role as a building maintenance technician in Montreal, you should have:
Experience in building maintenance
Resourceful and manual
Good team spirit, dynamism, excellent communication skills and ability to do physical work
Knowledge of building mechanical systems
Ease of getting around downtown Montreal
