Responsibilities
-Hire, train, and supervise subcontractors.
-Ensure compliance with security clearances and licensing requirements.
-Conduct audits and inspections to uphold Alpine standards.
-Communicate with clients to maintain service standards and resolve complaints.
-Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to new project bids.
-Oversee equipment repairs and manage subcontractor hours to stay within budget.
Qualifications
-Management experience in a diverse, fast-paced environment.
-Exceptional client relationship management skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and trend analysis.
-Strong communication and change management abilities.
-Experience in designing and executing programs to enhance client services.
-Skilled in identifying trends and problem-solving.
-Janitorial expertise an asset.
-Ability to drive sales through growth opportunities.
-High school diploma or GED required.
