The role of building foreman consists of ensuring the completion of building activities and operations by meeting the needs of internal and external customers. Responsibilities
Here are the main responsibilities of the foreman on the night shift in Montreal
Ensure excellent customer service.
Plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate activities and work plans related to housekeeping in different buildings.
Coordinate and distribute work to the team under his supervision (4 to 7 employees).
Receive and process complaints and requests relating to your unit: resolve them, follow up on them, make recommendations for appropriate preventive measures and implement them.
Be responsible for the health and safety of your team, facilities and subcontractors.
Maintain mechanical systems.
Monitor the conformity of work falling within its field of expertise and carried out by subcontracting.
Qualifications
