Responsibilities
- Process quotations and orders based on established margins, sourcing additional products, and creating purchase orders;
- Ensure accuracy in pricing, inventory, and order information provided to customers;
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers by phone or email to encourage additional sales;
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Meet sales targets set by management by promoting or upselling products
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in technical product sales related to the industrial or construction sectors;
- Proven autonomy, resourcefulness, and initiative;
- Proficiency in MS Office and bilingualism (an asset).
