We’re currently hiring an experienced Bookkeeper to join a collaborative, down-to-earth team in St. Catharine's. This is a unique opportunity to train alongside the current team, and step into a long-term role with stability and room for growth and learning experiences in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare HST remittances (payments handled by others)
- Make cash and check deposits using scanners and deposit systems
- Support and oversee AP/AR clerk as needed
- Use internal management/accounting system (industry-specific; training provided)
- Collaborate with sales consultants and CSRs to resolve payment-related questions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, or similar software is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Automotive industry or dealership experience is a bonus
