Responsibilities
Prepare, validate, and process invoices.
Verify billing details and make necessary adjustments.
Handle cancellations, credits, and corrections.
Collaborate with attorneys and administrative staff.
Manage account follow-ups and electronic billing.
Generate reports and support the accounting team.
Qualifications
College diploma (DEC) in administration, accounting, or a related field.
At least 3 years of billing experience, ideally in a law firm.
Knowledge of billing software (Elite 3E, Maître – an asset).
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
Strong attention to detail, discretion, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
