As the Billing Clerk, you will report to the Finance Lead and play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate invoicing, collections, and overall support to month-end financial activities. This is a busy, fast-paced environment - especially during month-end - and will require occasional overtime.
Success in this Role Looks Like:
•Completion of all customer billing by the monthly cut-off date
•Invoices are submitted accurately and paid by the due date
•Outstanding invoice balances over 60–90 days remain under 5% of the total receivables

Responsibilities
•Process billing for various divisions
•Assist in preparing and processing Work in Progress (WIP) billing, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project timelines and contract terms
•Support with AR account reconciliations (Trade & Holdbacks)
•Prepare rental and inter-group invoices as part of month-end procedures
•Assist with outstanding receivable balances and holdback claims in collaboration with operations leaders
•Build and maintain strong relationships with internal project teams and external customer representatives
•Contribute to month-end close procedures as directed by the Senior Accountant
•Support the billing and collection of company holdbacks
Qualifications
•Actively enrolled in CPA PEP or PREP (required)
•Experience with WIP billing (required)
•2–4 years of experience in a similar invoicing or billing role
•Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
•Comfortable receiving feedback and working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
•Availability for occasional overtime during month-end periods
•Must be able to work full-time on site for the duration of the contract
