Salary: 64,000$ - 72, 000$ yearly
Schedule : Working hours M-F 8-8, Saturday 10-7 (rotational, once a month right now and day in lieu given) Sun Closed

Responsibilities
- Engage new and existing clients and internal partners via phone and video to address business needs and service requests, using provided tools
- Provide tailored guidance and recommendations through discovery conversations, triaging high-value clients to relevant teams and promoting digital banking options.
- Assess and cross-sell products based on suitability, record sales activities accurately, and support the growth of Business Banking in deposits and credit.
- Prepare concise analysis for credit submissions, ensuring compliance with policies and collaborating with partners on credit and risk issues.
- Build strong internal relationships with Banking Centers and other teams to ensure seamless client experience and support back-end validation
- Maintain ongoing personal and professional development to stay current on product knowledge, technology, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English, with strong written and oral communication skills. (Mandatory)
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in business products, business accounts, services, and credit analysis, including lending, cash management, compliance standards, credit cards, overdrafts, loans, lines of credit, and similar financial products
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of information, multi-task, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills for building client relationships, handling calls, and delivering exceptional service.
- Reliable wired internet connection for consistently high call quality and responsiveness.
