Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement strategic sourcing plans to meet corporate travel needs.
• Negotiate contracts with Corporate Travel vendors.
• Analyze travel spend and trends to identify cost-savings opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers.
• Provide guidance and support to corporate Travellers and enforce compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external Stakeholders to identify critical needs and solutions.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay ahead of Stakeholders’ demand management.
• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Take responsibility for projects’ deliverables and deadlines.
• Handle additional projects and duties as assigned by Manager, including internal customers’ support.
Qualifications
Qualifications: The candidate is expected to have:
• University degree in Business or an equivalent in Corporate Travel Management certification or related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate travel sourcing or procurement.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in travel management software and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A good knowledge of the world Geography
• A high sense of discretion and Integrity.
• Bilingual (French and English) to collaborate with client/coworkers
