Responsibilities
• Administration (financial statements, distribution lists, organization charts, workforce, timecards, vacations, timesheets, workload and incident ticket management systems)
• Administration of the Network database (Remedy) / “In service” site / Data entry (HVAC, generator, batteries, tower marking)
• Monitoring/payment of invoices creation of PO/receipt, monthly Capex forecast
• Management of various databases.
• Creation/analysis of reports
• Coordinate Co-location activities (purchase of equipment for tower extension / approvals / monitoring)
• Monitoring of national program contracts
• Support teams for site access (approval and authorizations)
• Follow up on contractor compliance
• Support teams and suppliers with invoicing questions.
• Management of the inventory of test equipment for the network
• Facilitate communication between internal groups and suppliers
• Support other Quebec teams in the network organization.
Qualifications
• Have advanced knowledge of MS Excel and the entire MS Office suite
• Perfectly bilingual (French and English)
• Able to work well in a team
• Attention to detail, with an emphasis on quality work.
• Facility for written and verbal communications
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must be flexible and willing to perform other tasks as needed.
• Experience managing multiple simultaneous initiatives.
• Must be flexible and willing to perform other administrative or coordinating duties as needed.
• Show initiative and can work with minimal supervision.
• In exceptional circumstances, work after hours to support a major event.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a company truck will be provided (if they need to travel to sites)
