Randstad is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bilingual French Support Specialist to join our client's team onsite in Richmond Hill, ON. This is a temporary-to-permanent, full-time position at a leader in retail office equipment and services across Canada.
Type: Temporary contact
Pay: $20.50 - $23/hr
Hours of Operation: Monday - Sunday, 365 days/year.
Shift: Rotational. No overnights.
Location: Richmond Hill, ON

Responsibilities
- Provide first-level system support to retail stores and home office users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to POS systems, PCs, networks, and more.
- Collaborate with other analysts to identify and resolve complex problems.
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience working in a tier 1 support or helpdesk role
- Bilingual (English and French) written and oral is mandatory
- Flexible availability
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe, and remote access software
- Experience with ServiceNow is an asset
- Experience with AS400 tech support is an asset
