Responsibilities
Under general supervision, you will coordinate their service requests for the National Accounts group at the execution of the work. You will maximize the productivity of technical resources and their profitability by planning through the other coordinators in an optimal and efficient way the work of the technicians. You will collaborate with the various stakeholders of the national accounts group (Directors, Coordinators and Representatives) effectively with the Director of the Service team and his team to ensure that the technical work is carried out within a reasonable time while meeting expectations client. You will also have to be the link between the local representatives for any estimates requested in order to respond to requests for service, fixes and small jobs. You will be the central point of contact for Quebec.
You will receive customer inquiries through the national accounts group for planned and unplanned maintenance tasks. You will determine customer needs and communicate them to your local contacts. You will communicate the action plan and the services to be provided directly to clients following regular telephone reviews. You will ensure that work has been performed according to client expectations and follow up with clients as needed. You will respond to client requests (national and local managers) and resolve or otherwise escalate issues raised by clients as required.
You will coordinate workforce planning to match the right technician with the right customer based on their service needs. You will ensure constant communication with the technicians assigned to the work and give regular updates to the various stakeholders. You will be tracking activities to ensure they are completed on schedule.
You will ensure that all customer information required to support call management and job scheduling activities is up to date in the database system.
Qualifications
College diploma or equivalent and at least five years of service industry experience in operations, dispatch or planning.
Good user of the Microsoft suite
A person able to communicate (oral and written) in French or in English
Ability to work independently, excellent management skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients.
Ability to simultaneously manage a large number of diverse projects, problems and tasks with tact, cooperation and persistence.
Ability to prioritize activities based on their financial impact on targeted business objectives. Ability to influence various teams in order to accomplish tasks and achieve goals
