Position - Bilingual Sales Agent - Insurance
Location: hybrid in Montreal - (1-2 days in office)
Salary: $22/hr
Hours of Operation:
Mon to Thurs - between 8 am to 10 pm EST,
Fri - between 8am – 9pm EST
(rotating shifts with full time hours)
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities
Making outbound sales calls from warm leads
Receiving inbound calls from customers
Meeting sales targets and other KPI’s
Building rapport with your customers
Collaborating with Quality Assurance team on continuous improvement of service and sales
protocols and standards
Providing information on policies and recommendations to customers to upsell products/services offered by the company
Accurate documentation of customer information using in-house systems
Qualifications
Bilingual ENGLISH and FRENCH skills is a MUST
Customer Service experience required
Some sales experience is an asset
Experience in a call centre environment, insurance and/or animal industry is an asset
High school diploma or equivalent
Passion to help customers and understanding their needs is key
