Randstad is looking for a French Bilingual Reimbursement Specialist to work with a well known company in the Health Services Industry within in the GTA! This isn't JUST a company, this is a team of passionate individuals dedicated to making every interaction memorable.

Responsibilities
- Providing top-notch customer care to patients - including understanding their coverage, processing claims, helping to understand financing options, trouble-shooting the product and complaint resolution
- Providing support to the sales team
- Providing quick and efficient customer service via incoming phone calls and email inbox
- Liaison for insurance companies, preparing communications and scheduling follow-ups, updating files, and investigating denials
- Guiding customers through the reimbursement process and updating the sales team on reimbursement in their territories
- Updating patient files, billing, facilitating shipping or orders
- Maintaining open communication with the team on product issues and registering complaints
- Must be able to comply with company policies surround data privacy and document control
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English and French, with the ability to communicate via phone and email.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Preferred post-secondary education
- Minimum 2 years experience in the customer service field or reimbursement
- Strong negotiation skills are an asset
- Must be able to effectively manage time and projects
