Position: Bilingual Operations Officer
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4pm
Location: Toronto or London, Ontario

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include receiving and processing files, distributing work amongst the team, processing disability leaves, communicating leave approvals, coding non-disability leaves, escalating issues as needed, working with various HRIS systems, and adhering to strict deadlines and high-volume workloads.
Qualifications
Must have strong communication skills in English and French, computer proficiency, some administrative experience, attention to detail, understanding of risk and audit, experience with high volumes, SLA experience, and strong time management skills. Experience with HR systems (Workday, VIP, Peoplesoft, ServiceNow) is a plus. Post-secondary education is required.
