Work Setup: Hybrid role (50% in-office, 50% remote)
Contract Duration: 12 months
Salary: $35.00/hour
Responsibilities
• Modify orders for products that are no longer available by identifying suitable replacement products.
• Oversee the change order process and manage approval drawings.
• Communicate order statuses effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
• Track and manage reserve funds for the price difference between discontinued products and their replacements.
• Account for reserve amounts drawn from the HCS to Power Systems marketing fund to cover the price difference for product substitutions when orders are shipped.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
• 1-5 years of preferred experience in project coordination within the electrical industry.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and facilitation skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (spoken and written).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently based on general instructions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams), Adobe Acrobat, and experience with ERP systems.
• Electrical education or experience is a plus
