Responsibilities
-Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
-Process customer orders and ensure accurate order entry.
-Resolve customer complaints or concerns by identifying the issue and providing effective solutions.
-Upsell and cross-sell company products to maximize revenue.
-Maintain and update customer information in the database.
-Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
-Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals and targets.
-Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends to provide the best recommendations to customers.
Qualifications
-Bilingual, English & French.
-Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an office or call center environment.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for helping others.
