Our client is a family-run, Canadian manufacturer who creates and manufactures measurement solutions for different industries.

- Review customer inquiries meticulously to understand application requirements and commercial terms
- Compose quotations in compliance with pricing guidelines, ensuring adherence to controlled prices and terms and conditions
- Process customer purchase orders accurately, verifying pricing, discounts, and part numbers
- Handle customer requests promptly, overseeing order status and managing urgent shipments
- Prepare essential documentation to maintain a streamlined sales process
- Communicate effectively between the company and customers while fostering strong relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma complemented by technical education or experience in an inside sales environment
- At least 2-5 years of experience in inside sales within a fast-paced office setting
- Proficient in accounting software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English and French, with excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling diverse tasks simultaneously
