Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships to implement programs and best practices.
- Analyze market trends, gather competitive insights, and identify growth opportunities.
- Learn and apply product knowledge to support sales and customer needs.
- Develop proposals, quotes, and customized solutions for clients.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide product guidance.
- Assist in sales and marketing planning to achieve business goals.
- Follow up on orders, quotes, and service requests.
- Communicate customer needs and technical feedback to product teams.
- Simplify complex technical information for various audiences.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and environmental standards.
- Guide customers to the best solutions for their needs.
- Maintain accurate process documentation and participate in inventory as needed.

Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Inside Sales role
- Prior experience with pumps or other industrial manufacturing
- Bilingual English and French both written and verbal
- Effective communication skills with internal and external partners
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Self starter, dependable and works well under pressure
- Experience creating detailed technical
- Competency with MS Office Suites, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Must be detail oriented
