Responsibilities
Lead EHS projects aimed at improving safety performance metrics.
Oversee safety compliance and provide EHS training for employees.
Manage safety documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
Facilitate safety audits and inspections across distribution centres.
Conduct investigations for incidents, identifying root causes and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
Collaborate with site leadership on EHSS improvements and regulatory adherence.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in EHS roles.
Proficiency in both English and French (spoken and written).
Ability to travel up to 10+ times per year across multiple distribution centres.
