The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and management, ensuring smooth office operations. The successful candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a deadline-driven environment, all while maintaining a professional demeanor. This contract position is expected to last between 1-3 months.

Responsibilities
Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, filing, and data entry.
Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries in both English and French.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of financial reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication.
Assist with basic financial tasks and documentation related to client accounts.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and French (both spoken and written) is required.
2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role, ideally within the finance industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in both languages.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of basic finance and accounting principles is an asset.
Previous experience in a contract role is preferred but not mandatory.
