Hours: 2 different shifts (8am - 5pm, 11am - 8pm). Mon - Fri
Salary $25-$27/hour
Location: Mississauga (MUST be able to drive)

Responsibilities
- Respond to customers questions and inquiries via phone, regarding automation solutions such as pneumatics, motors, and sensors..etc
- Assist with processing, tracking and tracing orders
- Ensure the services are met on time and professionally for all customers
- Resolve any customer complaints with empathy, care and a sense of urgency
- Input accurate data in the system when placing orders
- Navigate the company's catalogue and resources to resolve customer issues
Qualifications
-Must be able to speak, read and write in French or Spanish fluently
- 1-2 years of customer service experience within an office or call center environment
- Post secondary education in electrical or mechanical engineering is an asset
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone etiquette
- High attentiveness to detail
- Organized, reliable and able to solve issues autonomously
- Must be able to work well in a fast paced environment and prioritizing tasks based on urgency
- Live in Mississauga
