Randstad is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Bilingual French Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in North York. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for extension or permanency offering a flexible remote work environment and a chance to make a real impact in a growing organization in Benefits administration industry.

Type: 6-month contract with the potential for extension or permanency
Pay: $24.10/ hour
Availability required: Monday- Friday 10am - 8pm
Location: Remote (Head office is in North York about once per month)

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through inbound calls, emails, and online chat.
- Handle inquiries regarding insurance claims, policy information, and general account management.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions.
- Prompt and courteous when answering queue
- Achieve daily call centre KPI's
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and French (written and verbal).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in call center customer service
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly, communicate between multiple windows
- Punctual and a multi-tasker
