Training: 2 weeks of training (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Fraud Agent, your responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming calls from customers reporting fraud (debit card, credit card, E-transfer, etc.)
Conducting security checks to properly identify customers
Taking appropriate action following established procedures
Qualifications
To qualify for the role of Bilingual Fraud Agent, you should have:
Proficiency in both French and English (as you will be handling calls from clients across Canada)
Excellent listening skills to understand customer situations effectively
Empathy and the ability to reassure customers when necessary
Analytical mindset to identify fraud patterns
Previous experience in customer service
Autonomous and comfortable working independently
A DEC (Diploma of College Studies) is preferred
