The ideal candidate will be an individual who is fully bilingual in both French and English and is interested in pursuing a role in the Financial Industry. They will be professional and factual, yet friendly, and have the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal departments and clientele alike.

Advantages
- Permanent opportunity with an annual salary of $60,000-$63,000
- Hybrid role: 3 days per week in office (fully in office for orientation period)
- Full time hours (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with some flexibility
- Defined Contribution Pension Plan: Company contribution with no employee contribution required. Based on age and service ranging from 3 - 13% company contribution

Responsibilities
- Analyze current lease payment terms and reviews solutions internally for customers to consider
- Provide updates to Territory Managers on account status and lease payments
- Updating reports internally and administrating files
- Create a payment plan for customers and problem solve situations for customers
- Utilize internal tools to investigate matters and gather all information required
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in both French and English, both written and verbal
- 4-year college or university degree in any discipline
- A desire to pursue work in the financial field
- Demonstrated ability to handle complaint resolution of complex issues with limited assistance, in most cases, or direct to appropriate level as necessary.
- Strong professional yet empathetic demeanor
- Effective product knowledge, their applications, and the market
- Ability to drive a car or adequately arrange for transportation to and from dealerships, customer sites, etc
