Work Location: Dorval, QC - 3 days at the office / 2 days remote (flexible- all necessary computer equipment provided)
Position: Bilingual Customer Support Representative
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week (rotating schedules according to availability/needs)
Hourly Rate: $23 (paid weekly)
Potential of extension and/or permanent contract.

Responsibilities
📌 English fluency is required – This role involves regular communication with English-speaking customers outside Quebec.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handle high volumes of inbound calls and emails (B2C/B2B)
- Assist with orders, pickups, claims, and product inquiries
- Provide exceptional service in both English and French
- Use internal systems to log customer interactions
- Collaborate with sales, billing, and operations teams
- Contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a customer service or call centre environment
- Bilingual – French and English, spoken and written
- Comfortable with multitasking and fast-paced work
- Strong computer skills (MS Office required; SAP/IS400 an asset)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Transportation/logistics experience is a plus
