Bilingual Customer Service

Type: Contract to Hire
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 12-8 or 1-9 shift. (Shift work)
Pay: $21/hour
Location: Etobicoke

Responsibilities
- Review and verify claims with necessary documentation.
- Investigate eligibility using shipping records and supporting evidence.
- Communicate with customers to gather details and provide updates.
- Assess damages and determine company liability based on policies.
- Process valid claims and ensure timely compensation.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on claim trends.

Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English - both verbal and written
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to handle high call volume with ease and a sense of calmness
- Helpful by nature with the ability to problem-solve
- Experience in claims processing, customer service, or logistics preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
